Remote Helpdesk

This service must not be activated unless instructed to do so by a Kidbrook technician. You must first call and speak with a technician and they will give you instructions on what to do. Once active the technician will be able to view and control your computer just as if we were sitting in front of it. This requires no previous installation of any special software on your machine to function. At any point while we are connected you will have ability to disconnect our session and our ability to access your machine will then be terminated.
